Ron Vaughn Log Drum Mallets are made with Rattan shafts, and Super Ball heads. These specific Super Ball heads have the texture and density needed to allow Ron’s Log Drums to sing in their intended, deep, dark, mellow voices of genuine Log Drums.
The MEDIUM Log Drum mallets are for playing Ron’s Soprano & Alto Log Drums.
The LARGE Log Drum mallets are for playing Ron’s Tenor & Bass Log Drums.
